Dog: tips on choosing

So, it was decided to have a dog. This means that you get a real friend who will look forward to you and sincerely rejoice at your coming. But among the dozens of breeds it is not so easy to choose the right one, because each of them has its own unique character, which must necessarily be similar to the character of the future owner.

For example, if you are a calm and confident person, you can get a Rottweiler – he will never get along with a person who is weaker in character than he. People do not like emotional Doberman, which is very receptive and impressionable.

The dog that is ready to serve the owner faithfully is the Eastern European and German Shepherd. They are not only responsible and vigilant, they are also very well trained and know how to get along with children. Scotch terriers are real bullies, daring and proud. They are advised to start families without children or lonely people.

The poodle, with its appeasable nature, requires special attention: it must be regularly cut and combed. The eternal child in the shower is a boxer. He can not live without affection, care and love: he needs it more than any other breed. In short, before you buy, carefully study the existing breeds and then make a choice.

Pay special attention to the temperament of that other dog. If you are energetic, active, then you will not fit calm dog. And vice versa – homebody is not advised to start dogs that can not sit still for a few minutes. If there is a small child in the family, it is generally not recommended to buy a dog – it can bite or just frighten the baby. After all, this is a very loyal animal – it can jealous master to other family members.

If you have allergies in your family, then you should not buy a long-haired dog or it is better to start some other pet. When buying a dog, be prepared for the fact that your dog can chew on your expensive shoes or your favorite chair, and long-established habits change, and not for the better.
